#1 - Toss the water bottle.
Salt Lake City mayor Rocky Anderson is campaigning to eliminate
the waste associated with disposable water bottles by requiring
tap water to be served at city functions. Adobe Restaurant and
Lounge has installed a purification system that allows diners
to choose from agua sin or con gas, but it
is filtered tap water, rather than bottled water.
